1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and PersonaFlow (“PersonaFlow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Slovenia, European Union. By creating an account or using any part of the PersonaFlow platform at personaflow.app(the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Description of the Service
PersonaFlow is a SaaS platform that allows professionals to create AI-assisted public profile pages. Key features include:
- AI-powered profile writing, bio generation, and headline suggestions
- Customisable public profile pages at
/u/your-username - Professional themes, custom domains, and embed widgets
- Visitor analytics, lead inbox, and contact forms
- GitHub sync, social media connections, and job board listings
- Webhook integrations (Slack, Zapier, Make.com)
- Profile versioning and AI coaching insights
We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or remove features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce core functionality for paid subscribers.
3. Eligibility and accounts
To use the Service you must:
- Be at least 16 years of age;
- Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
- Maintain the security of your credentials and not share your password;
- Promptly notify us at support@personaflow.app of any unauthorised access to your account.
Each account is for a single individual unless you hold a plan that explicitly permits multiple seats or profiles. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Plans and billing
4.1 Plans
PersonaFlow offers a Free plan and paid plans (Creator, Pro) as described on our pricing page. Plan features and limits may be updated from time to time; current details are always available on the pricing page.
4.2 Subscriptions and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.3 Price changes
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of price increases by email. Changes apply at the start of your next billing period after the notice period.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal accessible from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to paid features until then.
4.5 Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable EU consumer protection law. If you are an EU consumer and purchase a paid plan for the first time, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, unless you have already made substantial use of the Service during that period.
4.6 Taxes
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT is calculated at checkout based on your billing location in accordance with EU VAT rules. You are responsible for any other applicable taxes.
4.7 AI credits
AI generation features are subject to monthly usage limits by plan. Credits reset on your monthly billing anniversary. Unused credits do not roll over. We reserve the right to rate-limit or suspend AI access if usage patterns suggest abuse.
5. Your content
5.1 Ownership
You retain full ownership of the content you create, upload, or submit to the Service (“User Content”), including profile text, projects, links, testimonials, avatars, and knowledge documents.
5.2 Licence to us
By submitting User Content, you grant PersonaFlow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide and operate the Service (including generating AI outputs from your content and making your public profile accessible on the internet). This licence terminates when you delete the content or close your account.
5.3 AI-generated content
AI features produce suggestions based on your inputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to publish any AI-generated output. PersonaFlow does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated text. Do not publish AI outputs without review; we are not liable for errors or misrepresentations in published AI content.
5.4 Public profiles
When you publish your profile it is accessible to anyone on the internet and may be indexed by search engines. You are responsible for the content of your public profile. Do not publish confidential information, personal data of third parties without their consent, or content that violates any law.
5.5 Lead data
If you collect leads via your contact form, you act as an independent data controller for that data. You must handle visitor submissions in compliance with the GDPR and any applicable national law, including providing a lawful basis for processing and responding to data subject requests from your visitors.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Publish false, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, hateful, or illegal content;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Service or third-party systems;
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without our written consent;
- Circumvent account limits, AI credit quotas, or any technical restriction of the Service;
- Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial communications;
- Engage in any activity that violates applicable law, including data protection, intellectual property, and consumer protection laws.
Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
7. Intellectual property
PersonaFlow and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including the software, design, branding, templates, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.
If you believe your copyright has been infringed by content on our platform, please send a notice to support@personaflow.app with sufficient detail to identify the allegedly infringing material.
8. Third-party integrations
The Service allows connections to third-party platforms (GitHub, Slack, Zapier, Make.com, Google, LinkedIn, Discord). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
When you enable a GitHub integration, we access only the data within the OAuth scopes you authorise. You may revoke any OAuth connection at any time from your dashboard.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable EU or Slovenian consumer protection law.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PERSONAFLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) EUR 50.
These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable EU or Slovenian law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PersonaFlow and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
12. Termination
By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting support@personaflow.app. Upon closure, your profile will be taken offline and your data deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you are on a paid plan, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if continued provision of the Service becomes unlawful. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund.
Sections 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Slovenia and, where applicable, EU law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Slovenia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.
